Duelbits Terms of Service
These Terms of Service set out the rules that apply when you access or use Duelbits. By using the website or creating an account, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to follow them.
Duelbits is operated by Elevated Entertainment Ltd, company number 16101, with its registered office in Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
Understanding This Agreement
References to “Duelbits”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Elevated Entertainment Ltd. “You” or “user” refers to the person accessing the platform or, where applicable, a legal entity represented by that person.

Activity carried out through your account may be treated as activity authorised by you unless an unauthorised access issue has been reported.
Location Restrictions
Duelbits cannot be used from territories where access to the Service is restricted. Users must not attempt to bypass geographic restrictions through a VPN, proxy or similar method.
According to the platform’s current terms, restricted territories include Aruba, Austria, Bonaire, Croatia, Curaçao, France, the Netherlands, Australia, the United Kingdom, Spain, Saba, Statia, St Martin and the United States, as well as jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under the applicable Anjouan framework.
Game providers may apply their own territorial limitations in addition to the general Duelbits restrictions. As a result, an individual game may be unavailable even where other parts of the platform can be accessed.
Game Provider Restrictions
Some software suppliers limit access to particular games, brands or licensed content in specific countries. These restrictions may apply to an entire provider catalogue or only to individual branded titles.
Availability can therefore differ by location. If a game cannot legally or contractually be supplied in your territory, Duelbits may remove, hide or block access to that title without affecting the availability of other games.
Promotion Participation
Promotions are subject to their individual conditions as well as these Terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotional participation is limited to one eligible entry per customer.
Checks may take account of information such as household, network connection, payment account, device or other account-related details where necessary to identify duplicate participation or promotion abuse.
A promotion may be refused, cancelled or withdrawn where its conditions have not been met or where activity appears to involve duplicate accounts, manipulation, fraud or misuse.
On-Site Credits
Duelbits may provide On-site Credits that can be exchanged for supported items or digital assets available through the platform. The available exchange options can change over time.
By placing an order or initiating an exchange, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into the transaction and that the information supplied for the transaction is correct.
Information Required for Transactions
Certain transactions may require additional information, such as a Steam identifier, cryptocurrency wallet details, billing information or verification data.
You confirm that you have the legal right to use any account, wallet or payment method submitted in connection with a transaction. Relevant information may be processed by payment or verification providers where this is necessary to complete the transaction.
Order Refusal and Cancellation
Duelbits may refuse or cancel an order where there is a problem with availability, incorrect information, pricing errors, transaction errors or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Where cancellation rights apply, a refund or reversal may depend on whether the relevant On-site Credits have already been used, exchanged or combined with another item or digital asset.
Digital content or credits that have already been consumed, transferred or used may not qualify for cancellation where the applicable rules do not provide such a right.
Availability and Pricing Information
Information about On-site Credits, exchange values, availability and platform features may change. Duelbits may correct pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions or outdated information when identified.
Prices or exchange values may also be revised before an order is accepted. Changes caused by external factors, market conditions or other matters outside the platform’s reasonable control may affect the final transaction.
Payments and Exchanges
Transactions involving On-site Credits may use the supported payment, cryptocurrency or digital asset options shown on Duelbits at the time of the transaction.
The availability of a particular payment or exchange method is not guaranteed and may depend on account status, location, verification requirements or technical availability.
Identity and Compliance Checks
Duelbits may request additional information or documentation where required for identity verification, KYC procedures, anti-money laundering controls, fraud prevention or other legal and compliance purposes.
Failure to provide required information may result in limits being placed on certain account functions until the review has been completed.
Ownership of Platform Content
The Duelbits Service, including its original content, features, design and functionality, remains the property of the Company or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
Copyright, trademark and other intellectual property protections apply. Duelbits branding or protected material may not be used in connection with another product or service without appropriate permission.
External Websites and Services
Duelbits may contain links or integrations provided by third parties. These services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices and rules.
Duelbits does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Users should review the conditions of any external service before using it.
When an Account May Be Restricted
Duelbits may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where a user breaches these Terms or where account activity creates a legal, security or compliance concern.
Reasons may include fraud or attempted fraud, promotion abuse, unauthorised account access, multiple prohibited accounts, misuse of cryptocurrency or digital asset transactions, or inappropriate conduct through platform communication features.
Where an account is terminated, access to the Service may end immediately.
Shared Networks and Households
Accounts accessed from the same household, network, IP range or shared environment may require additional verification. This is particularly relevant where more than one person at the same location intends to use Duelbits.
Users should complete any requested verification before continuing where the platform identifies shared access that requires review.
Service Provided as Available
Duelbits is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of individual games, compatibility with every device or third-party service, or that all technical issues will be corrected immediately.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software changes, technical faults, provider downtime or circumstances outside the platform’s control.
Limits of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted under the applicable law and the provisions of these Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and the use of Duelbits are governed by the laws applicable in Anjouan, subject to any mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a dispute arises, users should first attempt to resolve the matter through the platform’s support process.
If Part of These Terms Is Invalid
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it should be interpreted or adjusted as far as legally possible while preserving its original purpose.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No Waiver of Rights
A delay or failure by either party to exercise a right under these Terms does not automatically mean that the right has been waived.
A waiver relating to one breach does not automatically apply to any later breach.
Translated Versions
Duelbits may make these Terms available in more than one language. Where there is a difference in interpretation between a translated version and the original English version, the English text will take precedence.
Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when platform rules, services, legal requirements or operating conditions change.
Where a change is considered material, reasonable efforts may be made to provide notice before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of Duelbits after updated Terms become effective means that the new version applies to your use of the Service.
If you do not agree with a revised version of these Terms, you should stop using Duelbits.
Responsible Use
Duelbits is intended for adults who are legally permitted to gamble in their location. Gambling involves financial risk and should be treated as entertainment rather than a source of income.
