Duelbits AML and KYC Policy
This policy explains how Duelbits approaches identity verification, anti-money laundering controls and the review of financial activity on the platform. These measures are intended to confirm customer identity, reduce the risk of misuse and support compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Duelbits.io is operated by Elevated Entertainment Ltd, company number 16101, with its registered office at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
Terms Used in This Policy
The following definitions apply throughout this AML and KYC Policy:
- Account: the personal account created to access Duelbits and its available services.
- Company: Elevated Entertainment Ltd, also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”.
- Service: the services and functions made available through Duelbits.
- Website: Duelbits.io.
- User or Customer: the individual or legal entity using the Service.
- Money Laundering: activity intended to conceal, transfer or make unlawful funds appear legitimate.
- AMLCO: the person responsible for overseeing anti-money laundering compliance within the Company.
- Terms: the rules and policies that apply to the use of Duelbits, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and related compliance policies.
Why Verification Is Required
Account verification helps Duelbits confirm that the information connected to an account is accurate and that payment methods, cryptocurrency wallets or other assets are being used by their legitimate owner.
The level of verification may depend on factors such as the user’s location, transaction history, payment method, withdrawal activity and the overall risk profile of the account.
Additional checks may be applied where an activity appears unusual or where further information is required under AML, fraud prevention or compliance procedures.
KYC Before Withdrawals
An electronic Know Your Customer check may be required before a withdrawal can be completed. Verification can include confirmation of identity, location and other information associated with the account.
Withdrawal processing may be delayed while required KYC checks are being completed. Duelbits may restrict withdrawals or other account functions until sufficient verification has been provided.
Information That May Be Requested
Depending on the circumstances, users may be asked to provide documentation or information needed to confirm identity and account ownership.
- Proof of identity
- Proof of residential address
- Information relating to a cryptocurrency wallet
- Evidence connected to a payment method
- Transaction history or supporting records
- Additional information required for compliance purposes
The exact documents requested may vary depending on the account, transaction and applicable level of review.
Deposit and Withdrawal Reviews
Deposits and withdrawals may be reviewed as part of the Company’s anti-money laundering procedures. Where funds are deposited but little or no qualifying activity takes place before a withdrawal request, additional verification may be required.
Duelbits may temporarily restrict funds while a required compliance review is being completed.
Where a cryptocurrency deposit was made by mistake and the funds have not been used for gambling, a return to the originating address may be considered through support, subject to the applicable checks and platform rules. This procedure does not necessarily apply to fiat transactions.
Funds of Unclear or Unlawful Origin
Duelbits may hold or restrict funds where there is a reasonable concern that they are connected to fraud, theft, money laundering or another unlawful activity.
The same approach may apply to digital assets or other items of value used through the platform.
Higher transaction values or activity presenting an elevated risk may result in enhanced verification before further account activity is permitted.
Cryptocurrency and Coin Mixing
Duelbits does not permit the use of its services for cryptocurrency mixing or similar activity intended to obscure the origin or destination of funds.
If transaction activity appears consistent with coin mixing, withdrawals may be placed on hold while the account and relevant transactions are reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include one or more of the following:
- returning a withdrawal to the cryptocurrency address from which the original deposit was made;
- completing account and identity verification before the withdrawal is released;
- meeting applicable account activity requirements before funds can be withdrawn;
- completing additional compliance checks requested by Duelbits.
Individual cases may be handled differently where the circumstances require additional review.
Identity and Location Checks
Customer identification is an important part of the AML process. Duelbits may verify both identity and place of residence before or during the customer relationship.
The Company may request further KYC documentation at any time where it is considered necessary to determine the identity, location or risk profile of a user.
Access to certain services, payments or withdrawals may remain restricted until the requested information has been reviewed.
Prohibited Financial Activity
The Duelbits platform must not be used for unlawful financial activity. This includes, but is not limited to:
- money laundering;
- terrorist financing;
- fraud or attempted fraud;
- sanctions evasion;
- transactions involving unlawfully obtained funds;
- attempts to conceal the true ownership or origin of funds.
The Service is also not intended for individuals or organisations subject to applicable sanctions or watch lists.
Restricted Locations
The AML and KYC rules may include geographic restrictions in addition to the general location requirements contained in the Duelbits Terms of Service.
According to this policy, real-money use of the Service is not permitted from the following jurisdictions:
- United States
- Syrian Arab Republic
- Islamic Republic of Iran
- Democratic People’s Republic of Korea
- Australia
- Netherlands
- France
- United Kingdom
- Portugal
- Serbia
- Slovakia
Users must not attempt to bypass regional restrictions by hiding or falsifying their actual location or place of residence.
For the current list of restricted and prohibited territories, users should also review the Duelbits Terms of Service.
Sanctions and PEP Screening
Duelbits may screen users and related parties against sanctions lists, politically exposed person databases and other public compliance sources.
These checks may involve third-party compliance services and databases used to identify individuals or entities associated with sanctions, political exposure, fraud, criminal activity or other elevated compliance risks.
Screening results may lead to further verification, restrictions or additional review where necessary.
Risk-Based Account Reviews
Duelbits applies a risk-based approach when reviewing customer accounts and transactions. The level of verification may vary depending on the risk associated with the user’s country, transaction activity and payment method.
| Risk Level | General Approach |
|---|---|
| Lower Risk | Standard identity and account verification procedures may apply. |
| Medium Risk | Additional AML checks may be required at lower deposit or withdrawal thresholds. |
| High Risk | Access may be prohibited or subject to stricter restrictions. |
Risk classifications may change as regulations, sanctions, fraud patterns and other compliance factors develop.
Cryptocurrency Transaction Screening
Cryptocurrency deposits may be checked through transaction-monitoring and blockchain-analysis systems as part of the Company’s risk management process.
These checks can be used to identify links to suspicious wallets, prohibited services, stolen assets or transaction patterns requiring further investigation.
Ongoing Monitoring
Verification does not necessarily end when an account is approved. Transaction activity may continue to be monitored throughout the customer relationship.
Reviews may consider whether deposits, withdrawals and other financial activity are consistent with the user’s known account profile.
Activity that is unusual, inconsistent or otherwise considered suspicious may be referred for additional AML review.
Reviewing Suspicious Activity
Where a transaction or account requires investigation, the compliance team may examine the available information and determine what further action is appropriate.
Depending on the outcome, this may include:
- requesting additional documents or information;
- placing temporary restrictions on the account;
- declining or holding a transaction;
- ending the customer relationship;
- reporting relevant activity to a competent authority where legally required.
Compliance Records
Records connected to KYC, AML reviews and transactions may be retained for compliance, security and legal purposes.
Information may be stored using appropriate technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect it from unauthorised access or disclosure.
Internal Compliance Reviews
The Company’s AML procedures may be subject to internal review and audit. These reviews are intended to evaluate whether relevant controls are being applied and whether additional safeguards are required.
Handling Personal Information
Information collected for verification and AML purposes is handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy and compliance procedures.
Personal information is not intended to be disclosed to unrelated third parties without a legitimate basis. It may, however, be shared with verification providers, compliance services, payment partners or competent authorities where required by law, necessary for AML controls or permitted under the applicable Privacy Policy.
Your Responsibilities
Users are expected to provide accurate information and cooperate with reasonable verification requests.
- Use only payment methods and wallets that you are authorised to use.
- Provide genuine and current verification information.
- Do not attempt to hide the origin or ownership of funds.

Policy Updates
AML and KYC procedures may be updated when legal requirements, risk assessments or internal compliance standards change.
Users should review the current version of this policy together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when using Duelbits.
